Construction of three new buildings, forming a new quad at Eton College. Innovative construction process – concrete frame made watertight by roof and inner leaf blockwork allowing work to commence on the interior whilst detailed external leaf of brickwork is completed. External leaf constructed of Lambs bricks and lime mortar, tied to the main frame by specially designed ties that allows the brickwork to flex independently of the main structure. Building designed to blend within the historic environment. Conservation grade brickwork construction (high quality labour required). Significant stonework features and brick arches constructed off-site then delivered and installed on a just in time basis.
