KV3 is a large scale scaffolding and brickwork contract at the heart of the Kidbrooke Village regeneration area. The project comprises 6 blocks, two of which are 17 storeys, adjacent to Kidbrooke Station and was created to provide a new village centre to the ongoing regeneration of Kidbrooke Village.

Housing 438 apartments, a hotel and shops the project gives a critical mass to local facilities but retains the green, country, feel that is the signature of the wider estate.

The architecture contains significant, yet subtle, brickwork detailing with projecting brickwork bands around pre-cast stone balconies. At high level, striking piers of brickwork spanning from 16 and 17 with a ‘flying’ parapet feature with underslung brickwork, were installed on the feature corners of the two tallest blocks. The Precast stone façade to the ground floor demarks the retail units and gives a cohesive and elegant feel to the new village centre.
