LMB has had an ongoing presence on this large scale regeneration site in London’s Docklands for 4 years. With the requirement to deliver 3,300 homes during this period the clients, Oxley and Ballymore, required a masonry subcontractor that was able to deliver the labour resources and quality over this development timeline.

Our ability to flex labour resources over the term of this project, with a peak of 85 bricklayers, was a key reason for LMB to be one of the few contractors that has worked on every phase of the development.

The development contains a mixture of commercial, retail, apartments and townhouses ranging from three to fifteen storeys. Elements of our work included; design, supply and installation. Including for; structural steelwork, floor joists and roof timbers on the townhouses and a large proportion of architect designed brick and stone soffits and lintels
