We are extremely proud to have been awarded 'Number 1' in the Top 50 SME Apprenticeship Employers 2023! This is a testament to our commitment and dedication to training and development within our workforce.

In recent years, Lee Marley Brickwork have invested strongly in apprenticeships, with our Training & Apprenticeship Manager, Christian Hatherall-Good heading up the programme.

Apprentices are a significant contributor to the success of our business, with many of our employees, including senior management having gone through an apprenticeship, including our Founder Lee Marley. As a result, the decision to focus heavily on this is led from the top.

Our investment is not only to close the skills gap within the industry, but futureproof the company by training the next generation.
